Neil Sinclair has been in a professional Business Coach since 2001, and created 'LibAbun' in 2014 after selling his third business in 11 years. The last business being a Business Coaching Master Franchise he grew to over 30 Franchisees before selling it in 2013. 'LibAbun' is an abreviation of "Liberators of Abundance". I was a Master Licensee for ActionCOACH Business Coaching in the UK. After growing this business for 10 years we sold it.

During my career of 18.5 years, I spent the first 12 years as a Physical Training Instructor conducting Coaching and personal training in many different fields of Sport and Physical Education.I was Commissioned in 1995 and during the next 6 years held several Commissioned roles including - Physical Fitness Officer, Recruiting Officer, Training Design and Development Officer and Equal Employment Opportunities - Staff Officer. I left the RNZAF in 2001 with a full pension after finding ActionCOACH which I regarded as a much better opportunity to achieve my goals and haven't looked back since.
