    As Sales & Marketing Team Leader at Enable Access, I was responsible to guide and lead the company's sales and marketing direction in terms of new product developments, dealer support, and market growth.Whilst in this role I worked with the Marketing Coordinator to develop a full marketing plan with budgets and key activities for the year. A key achievement was completing the scope of and launching the new Enable Access website, incorporating a vast number of improvements over the old site in terms of branding, content, functionality and ease-of-use. Another was launching the NEW Aerolight updated lightweight full-width ramps range which included new brochures and images and videos, updating all the relevant sections of the website, and majorly streamlining and updating our customer database before mailing the new brochure. We also implemented regular monthly marketing video filming sessions with an external company, and fortnightly e-shot updates to our database.
