Direct involvement and oversight of client-facing opportunities, primarily related to portraying the Firm and its products as Clarion's Lead Business Writer: • Arrangement and oversight of all responses to Request For Proposals for our separate account services and commingled fund offerings, as well as implementation and tracking of client and prospect RFI/Ad hoc deliverables; • Guiding and crafting written marketing strategies at the Firm and product-level; • Oversight and management of all 3rd party data requests; and• Joint oversight of Client Capital Management Operations team.

Primary responsibilities involved all facets of report generation, existing client management and business administration. Strong familiarity with real estate investment management, including individual asset operations, acquisitions/ dispositions, and governing agreement requirements, as well as overall investment strategy objectives. • Familiarity with a wide range of real estate and general institutional investment concepts and terminology;• A grounding in the principals of accounting, finance, marketing, and research;• Excellent written and oral communications skills; and• The ability to coordinate human, material and financial resources to accomplish both specific portfolio/investment vehicle as well as Firm-level goals.• Proactive coordination with other departments to determine where Firm-level initiatives are needed (e.g., to ensure Firm-wide legal compliance on specific issues, improve universal document management, or strengthen branding throughout all reporting and client correspondence) and to assist in the planning and implementation of such initiatives.

Co-founder of an independent production company, spurn Productions, Inc. I continue to hold ownership in the entity, and occasionally write and produce theatre and film projects. Spurn has thus far completed 17 critically and commercially successful stage productions as well as over 50 film projects, many of which have garnered online accolades and awards.• Direct management and supervision of up to 15 staff members per production;• Budgeting and fund raising;• Hiring and contract negotiations; and• Planning and implementation of an advertising campaign.
