CurrentLeading the Marketing of all product line divisions of RMSpumptools including: Downhole Mechanical Tools, Electrical Penetrator and Connector Systems, Subsea Connector Systems, Electrical Submersible Pump Sensors. Working with regional personnel and in-country agents in global locations such as UK/Norway, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, North and South America, to extend the reach of the RMSpumptools and ChampionX brands.Development of long and short-term strategic plans to meet the overall company objectives and growth plans. Measuring marketing activity to improve efficiencies and increase market penetration.Project management of global Trade Events from initial planning to resultant business, including development of display models and stand layout. Co-ordination of all PR and media, ensuring continual and consistent brand communications.Leading video and animation projects to highlight product benefits.Market research to inform and guide company direction.Product development - taking new product to market including launch campaigns, brand positioning and awareness.Working closely with the sales team and senior management to generate cross-platform marketing campaigns and assets.Communication of Marketing/Communications Plan to executive management and marketing managers at PLC level.Leading marketing campaigns and developing marketing strategies for other companies in James Fisher PLC, establishing common initiatives and delivering cohesive communication plans.
