As an Automation Tester, the role has the complete responsibility of end to end testing and need to provide the sign off before every release. In addition, the role has to come up with the critical recommendations for the smooth business operations.Responsibilities: Contribute and progress the test automation suite (Madcow). Migrate existing test scripts to Selenium C#. Maintain Coverage and work alongside with the developers to create test cases. Conduct regression testing before every release. Assist in unit testing along with the developers. Execute manual regression test cases. Work in agile methodology and make critical recommendations to the business after analyse the business platform. Create automation scripts using Selenium Web driver and Madcow testing tools. Work on AWS services, GitHub, Atlassian Bamboo and Confluence as part of testing. Develop lucid charts, training manuals, test plan, test estimation, release notes, test closure report and test summary report. Develop and execute test cases in JIRA (Kanban Board and XRAY) Automate MySQL database validations as part of testing. Analyze the test results and provide detailed observation and assurance prior to the release. Track the identified defects in Jira and follow up with the development team. Work closely with development teams to resolve the platform issues and to improve the performance of the application by analyzing the Rapid7 logs.
