Being an artist and contractor was an amazing stint for almost four years and a giant leap from 23 years in the IT industry. As a path for personal development I swam on deep water, dove into new ways of making a living and discovered what really is important to me... People and interpersonal relationships. As an artist and a contractor my daily work was missing this very important ingredient: People. In the end, the expensive provider was replaced, securing an annual savings of approximately 2 million DKK, and offering our clients even broader coverage. CLIENT ONBOARDINGThe main goal is for applicants to become clients within minutes and eliminating manual handling of applications. From a client perspective, this would allow him to fund and trade within the same hour that he completes his application. I defined a standardised onboarding journey, though taking local legal regulations and PII requirements into account, and documented how and where the journey should connect to Saxo’s different systems. Teamed up with IT architect and PM we defined the IT requirements to support the proposed solution. -
