My work at Street Studies will continue past the internship and I will dedicate, as time permits, my efforts as a volunteer. The work is incredibly interesting with focus on coordination of urban art events and development of public safety initiatives and anti-graffiti by applying amasing Urban Art, painted by interanationally recognised Urban Artist - it's basically about using beautiful graffiti to combat undesirable graffiti.

As Product Owner at FOSS, I had the responsibility of defining the direction and writing requirements for the redevelopment of outdated software that had supported analytical instruments within the Raw Milk Testing segment for many years. The work was cross-organisational and the purpose was to define the vision for Raw Milk Testing. To ensure a customer-centric approach numerous milk testing laboratories were visited and lab managers were interviewed to ensure that the software would support both current needs but also their ambitions for the future. This approach made it possible to spot opportunitiesthat would clearly differentiate FOSS from the competition. Internal stakeholders consisted of FOSS' business strategists, onsite and offsite technical support teams and other software teams and concept teams.

I was responsible for steering internal and external development as well as defining the solution of the learning platform itself. Beyond technical implementation, I manage production of courses about trading. Today there exists 122 Saxo Academy courses spread across 11 languages. BUSINESS ANALYST FOR COST REDUCTION INITIATIVES Taking a global perspective I did in-depth analysis of regional news usage in our trading platform. I dove into subscriber numbers, reviewed costs and clicks. I found alternate news providers to run proof of concepts with. In the end, the expensive provider was replaced, securing an annual savings of approximately 2 million DKK, and offering our clients even broader coverage. CLIENT ONBOARDINGThe main goal is for applicants to become clients within minutes and eliminating manual handling of applications. From a client perspective, this would allow him to fund and trade within the same hour that he completes his application. I defined a standardised onboarding journey, though taking local legal regulations and PII requirements into account, and documented how and where the journey should connect to Saxo’s different systems. Teamed up with IT architect and PM we defined the IT requirements to support the proposed solution.
