I am an ambitious full-time student who recently obtained a Bachelor of Science in Global Business with a minor in Communications. Now, I am pursuing an MBA at Fowler College at San Diego State University. My career goal is to gain practical fieldwork experience in my field of study to apply my academic knowledge in real-world scenarios. In addition to my academic achievements, I bring over six years of customer service experience. Currently, I am employed as a Ticket Operations Agent at Petco Park, working for the San Diego Padres' ticket office. In this role, I supervise and train Ticket Seller and Ticket Resolution Specialist staff, ensuring efficient and effective customer service during game days and events. I adeptly manage and troubleshoot ticketing system issues, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of account functions, price types, and payment codes. My responsibilities also include keeping accurate records of customer activities and financial transactions, as well as overseeing the readiness of the main and satellite box offices. Additionally, I provide critical support for the Sales and Services department, Corporate Partnership, Community Relations, and Military Affairs, demonstrating my ability to work across various departments. With my blend of applied education, practical experience, and ongoing volunteer work, I am dedicated to developing my growth as a student and aspiring young professional.
