This includes supervision and oversight for 12 Special Education Teachers, 3 district employed related services providers (SLP & COTA), and 11 related services (SLP, OT, PT) contractors.Oversee Federal IDEA Part B & Preschool Funding with combined budgets over $300K including oversight of Medicaid billing and reimbursement in coordination with contracted billing agency.Oversee Federal Programming and Funding including Title IA, Title IIA, and Title IV-A with combined budgets of almost $435K as well as support oversight of Title III and State LEP funding with budgets totaling over $81K.

Oversaw the daily operations of TSD 401's Alternative High School (Basin High School). This included the student application and entry process, student discipline, supervision and evaluation of teaching and para educator staff, coordination of any necessary special education services for students, and management of the school budget.

Collaborate with principal to run a public 7-12 school of just under 300 students. In addition to being responsible for supervision of half of our staff, which includes conducting both formal and informal observations and biweekly meetings with teachers, I am primarily responsible for discipline for all grades. I am considered the Middle School administrator and work with our district administrative team on areas of curriculum, assessment and professional development.
