Responsible for the preparation of concrete mix designs utilized on batching plant as per project specification. Responsible for the evaluation of compressive strength analysis Cusum Methods. Responsible for the monthly production and raw materials consumption statement report. Equipments Calibration and batching plant weighing scale validity to ensure the accuracies of Quality and quantity. Control all the materials quality and quantity through the records of production, materials received, opening stock and theoretical balance on hand. Special visit condition sites to create the special mixes as per site condition. Conduct trial mixes the new materials and new suppliers to approve technically for passed supplier financial evaluation. Visit the quarry to evaluate the source of the aggregates and new location.
