-Data entry of all incoming packages and receiving of shipments into PeopleSoft.-Perform appropriate routing to drivers to assure timely delivery, -Analyzing item usage and cost to determine and adjust stock levels, reduce inventory cost, execute action on material phase-in and phase-out.-Work with Purchasing to obtain technical information, specifications, recommended vendors, understand backorder risks, determine substitute material availability, communicate risks or concerns to supply, manage open orders and RTV requests.-Review transactions daily to ensure supply issuances, receiving, inventory adjustments, and any other transactions are performed accurately.-Execute daily inventory transactions (e.g. Receipts, transfers, fulfillments, adjustments, express issues, etc.) accurately and same-day-Coordinate with purchasing, supply chain, receiving personnel, vendors and accounts payable personnel to resolve problems encountered with purchase orders.-Executing cycle counts daily, expiration date management, cleaning and maintenance of inventory and bins, correct labeling and barcoding of inventory and inventory storage locations, and other actions maintenance on a regular cadence to ensure inventory accuracy and quality.-Having strong communication skills in-person, over the phone, and via email.-Complete requisitions for supplies that are needed and submit to Purchasing prior to cut-off time.-Managing the Storeroom, assisting researchers and doctors with on campus supplies.-Pulling orders, updating stock item numbers, express issues, returns.-FedEx Administrator - Creating new user profiles, granting access to users on campus and off campus, creating and adding CoA/reference numbers to user accounts.

-Data entry of all new merchandise into system.-Providing customers with excellent customer service.-Handling cash, check, credit, rebate check transactions-Process all inbound deliveries (using the receive application) to ensure inventory accuracy.-Sales floor rep, paperwork, filing, answering customer questions.-Handling store charge card applications, replenishing store merchandise.
