Years being the leader and main problem solver to create process improvements from staffing changes, training new software, and writing standard operating procedures. Taking all these skills and translating them to be a team focused cloud specialist to improve processes, identifying and correcting gaps in processes.Working as a restaurant equipment remanufacturer - taking various equipment apart, troubleshooting, ordering parts, and reassembling. During this time - had a crew of 10-15 that I created the teams, trained the teams, worked with the teams to improve processes, and worked with other shifts to create smooth transitions.Lead of the manufacturing departments Autonomous Maintenance Team in which we identify processes that could be changed to improve efficiency, change procedures, and process time.
