Supervision all section in the Front Services department, such as bell, door, valet parking, cloakroom and the lobby greeter. Support the daily operation (maintained the lobby and driveway clean, tidy and safety, make sure guest luggage is safe, etc.) and administration paper work (prepare team member’s roster, updated information of Macau, etc.). Also, being the department trainer, not only need to train new team member know all the working standard, but also keep training and testing all employee to familiar with the company product knowledge and make sure to provide the Forbes standard services to the guests and prepare the quarterly meeting in every end of the quarter to look back any problem and discuss with Team Member, also will have the quarterly exam to test how Team Member can get and provide the services to our guest. Base on monthly Forbes reports result, need to think and distributed different suitable training for team member to keep up and improved the services. Try to solve the problem between the employees and also solve guests' problem immediately (guest's complained the late delivery of luggage, the valet team member parked guest's car carelessly). Prepared the monthly report on time and assist administrator to finished the report by weekly and monthly also set up and updated the P&P for department.
