The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of agents/representatives. The Team Leader's main role is to coach and develop agents. Ensure individual agents are performing against a target by reviewing the agent's performance and coaching them to do so. The Team Lead needs to understand the KPIs of their programs and manage accordingly.The goal is to achieve drive excellent performance from the team that brings sustainable business growth.

Experience in Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support accounts.Answer incoming calls and emails.Process orders, forms, and applications.Research required information using available resources.Document all interactions with information according to standard operating procedures.
