Support the Maintenance Department management in production facilities at the main station PETROCEDENO, resolving process problems in productions process by redesigning and modifying flow system according to API Standards (MPP Flowserve and Bornemann).Responsible for operation and maintenance of machinery, Maintenance of rotary equipment in oil field to ensure good Working conditions and availability for maintaining high production levels, Inspection of repair operations and manufacturing of rotary equipment and components in overseas workshops procurement of equipment, load data of BOM for rotating equipment, adapting plans of maintenance according to new operational conditions, preparation of specifications for contract preparation, administering contracts.Maintaining close contact with project Rotating Equipment Engineers and with the Maintenance Function personnel to ensure a consistent approach to maintenance, alignment with application of best practices. Working with EPC contractor and contract documents to achieve the desired outcome.Promote and discuss proposals for supply agreements and spare parts for maintenance in conjunction with Logistics and Procurement. Carry out replacement parts for import substitution. Provide second level technical assistance for identification and fault diagnosis, in order to propose corrective actions that will restore the functionality of equipment and systems.
