Mr. Roman is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience with the largest arm of the DHS-ICE, responsible for enforcing the nation’s customs and immigration laws and providing security to the U.S. borders. Proven record as a law enforcement instructor.His career began in 1986 as a SS/A under the USCS in PRi and Tampa, Florida. From 1999-2002, he provided support to the Consulate in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MX working for USCS OI as the acting SCR Mr. Roman was responsible for establishing exceptional relationship with members of the export business community, to include the 7 northern states of the Mexican Republic. Also providing support to USCS S/A's on narcotics smuggling, money laundering , child pornography criminal investigations. From 1992 – 2007, Mr. Roman provided instructor/class coordination for the ICE UCOS. He was responsible for advising, coordinating, and providing guidance to Special Agent Candidates becoming undercover operatives Between 2003-2007, he worked for ICE in Tampa, Florida as a SAC, OI. Mr. Roman acted as Primary UCA for SAC TPA; Conducted criminal and non-criminal investigations of violations of Immigrations and Custom related laws; Utilized investigative techniques (interviews, examination of records, physical and documentary evidence, pay/un-paid informants and various other sources of information); and analyzed all available facts and intelligence. Since 2008 to present, Mr. Roman is an instructor/role player, providing high-end training support to various Federal and DoD customers. He works at the FLETC, where he serves as a guest lecturer for the ICE-HIS undercover program and instructor and undercover scenario coordinator for the ITAT course. He also currently supports Naval Special Warfare training scenarios as a role player and instructor under the Ogontz GP. He also periodically works for TSM Corp, since 2011, as a classroom lecturer on undercover procedures/operations and a role player.
