> Amcom recruited me to work for Syntax.Syntax’s CxHub (Jun 2022 – Current)> CxHub (https://www.syntax.com/cxhub/) is web platform built by Syntax devs to provide their customers with a centralized view of the stats and management of their contracted services/solutions. It connects to several data sources (Syntax’s database, Aws, Azure, OCI, Timestream, ServiceNow, and many others), then compiles the data into graphs, summaries, tables, etc., and provide other managerial features (the ability to update information, turning things on and off, opening tickets, etc.).> CxHub is built to work both as an internal portal (used by Syntax's management, customer service, and others.), and external (used by the Syntax’s customers).> Front-end: Javascript, Vue.js; Back-end: Java> We implement constant updates adding new features related to Syntax’s product/services and customer demands.> Recently we implemented a complete UI update that also got us reviewing, updating, and improving the project on a foundational level (process still ongoing).Syntax’s ECare (May 2023 – Current)> Syntax’s Enterprise Care (https://info.syntax.com/success-story/2/syntax-enterprisecare-data-sheet) is a web platform that integrates with a customer’s JDE and provides useful features such as custom alerts, scheduled tasks, summaries and graphical data display, and others.> I migrated the platform’s UI, originally in AngularJs 1.x, to Vue.js, initially alone. About half-way through the migration I convinced my manager to get another dev from Amcom, interviewed candidates, and coordinated the new dev after his hiring.> I coordinated the migration with CxHub’s team, trying to match the UI design, share components, and prepare Ecare to eventually be a part of CxHub.

> MeuSinalario ("my signary", https://meusinalario.com/) is a web-platform that helps SignLanguage develop by providing the signing community with an online "linguistic arena", where individuals, groups, and/or organizations can: (1) propose signs for specific things (along with video definitions and other explanations); (2) participate, as a community, with reviews and discussions; and (3) build and share their own unique "signary" (a list of the sign that each ONE chooses/uses/prefers), which are compiled, and turned into data on whether or not a sign is being used, by how many, and where. > Developed the whole project, all the way from its market research, and through its business planning, prototyping and proof of concept, fundraising, MVP development, product development and launching.> Coordinate all teams: Development (1 back-end and 2 front-end, including me); Content and Accessibility (about a dozen sign language interpreters, most as volunteers); legal, accounting, council board, etc.> Front-end: Javascript, Vue.js; Back-end: PHP Laravel
