Identifying / troubleshooting malfunctioning hardware and software issues for the following: Nortel, Ericsson, Lucent, Samsung and Motorola cell sites ( BTS/NODE/EBTS ) . Responsible for timely resolution of more advanced or complex Voice or Data repair trouble issues, which may include testing copper / T-1's and POTS level services. Opening tickets in RIO/Clarify company ticketing systems with the ILEC and while dispatching technicians as needed. Run line tests in the DMS switch translations in the Nortel DMS/5ESS switches. Locate LD call records in Sonus. Knowledge of ATM, MPLS and IP protocols and worked in Nortel DMS, Lucent 5eSS and SONUS switches.

Configured site information in a NORTEL switch. Wrote UNIX scripts to pull information from the OMC. Trouble shoot subscriber issues in the DAP, HLR, VMS, SMS. Interfacing and troubleshooting switch issues with different MSOs. Resolved / provided technical support to high-level escalation issues while working with the IT/TSI local and national groups and customer service TSG teams.
