• Creative environment projects through EMEA regionensuring an overall alignment with Creative direction.• Create the creative environment toolkit for EMEA Regionworking close with Retail Operations, VM, Brand Team,ecomm and Retail Marketing to ensure elevated RetailBrand Journey execution.• Lead the overall creative process:Briefing phase: work onthe briefing phase of each Campaign.• Design phase: develop creative proposals in line withCreative strategy to declinate and adapt to the EMEAstores with different executions based on stores tiers.• Prototype phase: lead the prototype phase includingprototype deck, materials research, prototype revisionand feedback taking into consideration sustainablechoices and budget• Artworks & Visual phase: lead the visualizations fororderforms preparation and artworks production forregional roll-out• Guide the production phase for EMEA Region managingthe relationships with main suppliers from briefing phaseto orderform preparation, order submission and budgetreview, production and delivery, ensuring high level ofexecution across all the EMEA doors.

• Manage production process and communicationsfor digital & print brand campaigns creative executions.Implementations and approval reviews across EMEAfor wholesale Digital Titans, Key Strategic Accounts andRegional Marketplace accounts, GTM’s and Showroom’sas well as its workload and workflow to assure creativeconsistency.• Define, develop and improve process that supportcreative production in his role and workflow with HQ VansMarketing departments and regional Marketing Marketdepartments.• Implementations of new technologies or techniques thatimpact the creative process, projects, brand and businessas well provide guidance to junior designers, freelancersor direct reporters as a source of experience.• Estimate budget for projects and reviewing quotationsthat support the creative production team and creativedepartment goals.• Provide weekly to monthly reports regarding projectstatus, progress and outcomes as well as teamdevelopments according career development plans.• Regional Toolkit assembling and production of creativeexecutions for practical use.• Artwork production of all assets and creatives from above.

• Concept and Design for projects including compilationalbums and large scale marketing materials as well asWorking on global brand guidelines.• Design online marketing material such as banners, socialskins, eFlyers and mails. Full understanding of the printingand digital process.
