As the Senior Enlisted Leader for all junior Sailors at the Defense Contract Management Agency, I oversaw a team of 10 junior sailors who supported the contract receipt and review initiatives and close out of Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) contracts, ensuring the War Fighter received the best quality service and any funds that have not been liquidated were returned to the DWCF for reutilization on future purchases. Currentlt I am also the Leading Chief Petty Officer for the Operational Support Unit (OSU) at Navy Operational Support Center Fort Dix, New Jersey working alongside the Senior Enlisted Leader and the Commanding Officer to ensure that the 85+ Selected Reservist assigned to the OSU meet their Navy Reserve requirements.
