• Develop high voltage cable systems for the automotive industry, from concept until production. Create CAD models from wiring diagrams and vehicle package information, using CATIA V5. • Coordinate prototype builds, in-house, with customer and suppliers. Responsible for change control, engineering release, concern resolution and test plan.

• Manage in-house team from concept to launch to deliver new Body Panels and Closures components for a limited edition vehicle (675LT).• Responsible for bill of materials cost, investment, weight, technical specifications, DFMEA, change control, engineering release, concerns resolution and DVP.• Project manage each supplier with a cross functional team of Design, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, Dimensional Management, Manufacturing and Service personnel to ensure complete PPAP is delivered for every component to support program timing.

• Central partner for the Lights & Vision module for a new MINI platform, in the UK and abroad. Supervise and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure continued support and achievement of project milestones.• Responsible for all aspects of engineering problem resolution: identification of root causes and development of economical and robust solutions for both short-term customer protection and permanent change. • Responsible for instructing changes to resolve quality, reliability and process related problems to support the achievement of Plant Quality targets. • In charge of proposing/supporting the introduction of modifications driven by cost down or other optimizations; of instigating new, faster problem solving methods and of contributing to overall change process efficiency.

• Co-managed limited edition (500 to 2000 cars) projects, from concept into production, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and fulfilment of BMW specifications. Main projects: GP, Clubvan and Goodwood.• Ensured effective team-working and continued engagement and support of key stakeholders involved in the design, development and testing of all new body and trim components. This included elements of both internal work and work packages performed by external partners.• Reported on a weekly basis to management at BMW headquarters in Munich.
