Responsible for steering the triumph of over 90 clients, overseeing their journey from Onboarding/Implementation to the Success stage, which means:_To closely monitor various customer tiers, analysing their respective maturities, to craft and conduct the execution of tailored action plans to drive the most effective improvement suggestions in every loop to achieve recurring customers' business outcomes;_ Serving as a subject matter expert in Facility Management;_ To hold the reins for delivering exceptional value and driving ARR expansion, applying project management skills to conduct customers' projects;_Solidifying my position as a master in conducting more than 50 Success Review Meetings, often called QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews);_To take on the roles of a facilitator and advocate, skillfully fostering reviews and referrals;_Internally, I orchestrated monthly brainstorming sessions to define innovative solutions for our needs and ensure alignment within the team;_Internally, my contributions extended to participating in defining team KPIs and later OKRs to enhance our team's management and overall performance.As a team member during this time, I contributed to founder the Social Squad, resulting in two retreats and many team interactions in order to involve a good team bond spirit. Because only some things are work I began with a colleague a DJ duo called Champions Brothers Soundsystem and performed at important company events.

Supervision of 12 different construction works in many country regions, which implied:_to analyze technical and financial proposals of suppliers and sub-contractors, drawing up opinions on them to support the decisions of the contractors;_to monitor and ensure compliance with the correct technical execution of construction works and the various specialties involved, such as electrical installations, industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, among others;_to reconcile the work to be carried out by at least 7 different work teams, both civil construction and various specialties;_to ensure that all rules relating to preventive measures and equipment used during the execution of the works are being met;_to collaborate with the Hygiene, Quality and Safety at Work teams to adapt the environment and activity of the infrastructures under construction to the applicable legislation.

Responsible for the facility management of the IPO Porto complex, consisting of two service buildings (12 + 6 floors), a continuing care building, a laboratory building (6 floors), operative blocks and a radiotherapy ward, which included:_to ensure compliance with the defined Maintenance Plan, in its preventive and corrective aspects, proposing, if necessary, adjustments to the same in order to optimize costs and stopping times;_to prioritize and ensure the correct resolution of a monthly average of 1000 anomalies, in addition to the most urgent ones, using a team of 14 technicians under my responsibility or the specialized technical assistance contracted;_to establish a relationship with more than 100 suppliers and service providers, analyzing and discussing, from a technical and financial point of view, their commercial proposals and maintenance contracts to support the award decision.
