I was on the board of AWP following the acquisition of the company by Borgman Capitol. AWP was an amazing growth story of scaling up a company into new locations, new service lines and an expanded team with a successful exit to a national strategic buyer three years later.

• Regional Sales Manager for Rulon Company, the nation’s foremost manufacturer of custom wood ceiling systems, acoustical wood wall panels and suspended linear uPVC ceiling and canopy systems.
• Led the strategic growth of Rulon’s marketshare in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan through extensive marketing to architects, interior designers and specialty contractors.
• Developed and presented company-wide architectural training seminars used to increase product knowledge amongst customer base.
