As Chief Commercial Officer I supervised the fundamental transformation of the company. At the end of this process Optimed came out with a much leaner and more competitive cost structure. It was during this period that we introduced our brand of products, launched and implemented Serbia's first ever medical software and kick-started a nationwide screening program for chronic diseases. Today, our Alatyr system is available in close to 15 cities with more to come. Early 2024 was also a period when we slowly embarked on an international expansion as we started exporting our goods to Montenegro. As of April 2024, Optimed has teamed up with the Institute for Public Health in Subotica so as to further promote a healthy lifestyle and to raise awareness of chronic diseases in the North Backa region. Our primary aim is to promote the concept of preventive medicine so as to reduce the number of complications.As this year is slowly coming to a close, it seems like 2025 will be a busy year for us with the planned expansion of our product portfolio as well as the launch of new projects.
