During some critical phases of the customer projects, he was exceptionally coming to Switzerland to give onsite support at the banks, with direct access to the bank project managers, during several weeks. His quick thinking and cautious personality has helped the company avoid some costly mistakes. Nemanja proved himself to be a dependable employee and a hard worker with solid problem solving and technical skills. I was always impressed by Nemanja’s ability to complete the work assigned to him on time. He become an essential team player in the company.
