Petr Němec is a partner of Grant Thornton Czech Republic s.r.o., which is a part of the international GT network and heads the tax department in Ostrava for more than 15 years.In his practice, he mainly provides advice to major international manufacturing, automotive and trading companies, including those that have been granted investment incentives.Petr Němec specializes in comprehensive tax services in the field of corporate and personal income tax and in optimizing the global tax position of its clients.To deliver his clients an unified, clear and comprehensive solution/advice, he often leads and manages group of foreign advisers.Petr graduated from the University of Economics in Prague (Ing.) and the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (Mgr.). He passed the Czech Tax Advisor exams (Czech Registered Tax Advisor) in 2001 and the Czech bar exams (Czech attorney at law) in 2017.He has been providing tax advice since 2000.Petr is fluent in Czech and English.
