• Design and review on mechanical and electrical services such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire protection, Telecommunication services for residential, industrial and commercial buildings
• Attend technical meetings and evaluate on tender submissions, contractors progress claim, on site work progress, inspections such as M&E RI on combined services, NEA noise, BCA green mark and liaise with local.

• Joined a Equipment Associate Engineer, promoted to Senior AE and Engineer in Oct 2012.
• Provide effective servicing of equipments including lithography resist coating machines, complex exposure machines and metrology equipments.
• Play as a shift leader role and troubleshoot equipment chronic and adhoc problems.
• Coordinate with process, manufacturing engineers, vendors and suppliers
• Implement projects and installation hook-up of new equipment
• Work with safety standards to comply with legislative requirements. Participate as a First Aid member and Emergency Response Team member after having attended the First Aid course and Fire Fighting Courses. - Projects.
