    The Business: One of the largest and growing consulting firms in the IT industry, it delivers a complete portfolio of integral Product lifecycle management solutions to over 25,000 customers in the Industrial, Banking, High Tech, Aerospace, Defense, Automation, and Medical Industries.Situation: EXL was working with HSBC to revamp their front-end website to use AI on the backend with their custom build bot that can recognize and categorize customer responses as per their compliance using NLP. They also want to upgrade their internal HR portals to make it easier for new hires across the globe to quickly onboard their training sessions.The Response: Worked one-on-one with different stakeholders in the US, Canada, and UK to understand the current issues, requirements, & expectations as the current rollout of the pilot project is in these countries. Brainstormed Confluence to gather all the necessary information required for the project. Coordinated with Tech Leads, Project Managers, and Directors to define and scope the requirements. Solution Delivered: Developed detailed Software Requirement Specification document, listing out all the critical details of how the new website will interact with the backend AI bot. Designed flow charts and workflow diagrams to visualize the data flow and custom rules that can categorize the data. Also provides post-implementation towards site SEO, Google ads, Facebook ads, and custom build plugins. Situation: Dynamite Network was working on its new acquisition of Moodle platform for Cyber Security projects, and CISCO certifications, and was facing issues in integrating Salesforce with Websites, Moodle, and CISCO. Management was facing issues collecting the revenue from students and getting the progress of the students in their courses. The Response: Worked with critical stakeholders like Sponsors, Directors, and Project Managers to define the requirements of the Salesforce integration and expectations on how to collect student tuition fees and track their progress.Solution Delivered: Did R&D on Salesforce and came up with customized web form integrations API. Led junior developers, contractors, and QAs to create the agreed-upon solution. Establish processes and email notifications to admins on the student's progress. Situation: QuarkXPress has experienced critical concerns from its clients regarding new version incompatibility with previous versions and slowness in the customization of content with the new version of Quark Publishing Platform, making it impossible for clients to render their previous documents.The Response: Worked closely with the Solution Architect, Project Managers, Product Owners, and Quality Management. Brainstormed the possible solutions to the problems in an established Agile SDLC environment. Solution Delivered: Developed a custom-built repair tool that can reconfigure 50 corrupted documents parallelly and run over thousands of documents. Re-designed and developed a custom Angular library that can improve the performance in rendering the content on the canvas.Responsibilities: • Bug fixing on various projects and providing post-implementation to the feature changes in the Agile Model as per the Customer Change Notification (CCN).• Design, implement, and test new fragments of the starter kit (git repo for standard features).• Participate in daily Scrum meetings and other POCs to give the current development status and features deliverables to the client or teams in the current sprint.• Follow best coding practices and code reviews from higher-ups in the team, proficient in handling version control in GIT.• Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end test cases in Selenium WebDriver for Web Apps and integrated them with JUnit and TestNG for reporting and used these tests to run on various browsers like Chrome, Safari, Silk, Firefox, and Edge.
