I've learned how to manage employees, from delegating tasks to building solutions to issues together as a team. I've taught myself the ins and outs of packaging design, experimented with manufacturing our own products lines as well as branding white label parts, and put out countless fires. When my co-founder initially told me about his idea he just wanted me, a freelance graphic designer, to create a logo for his company. Fast forward to today and I've developed all of the branding identity for the company- from the color scheme on our business cards, to our voice on social media, the credibility of the website, and all of our merchandise. My main focus is on the wdlracing.com website- ensuring it creates trust with our potential customers, optimizing it for search and site speed, and consistently adding new products our grassroots motorsports audience will find useful. When the website is broken, I fix it. When it isn't broken, I improve it.I am very excited to see the kind of impact I can make with another company with these skills under my belt, as well as the confidence that I can adapt to any situation and find solutions.
