As an eCommerce Manager took this project from an idea stage to a fully functional and profitable eCommerce business.Here I'm working on Social Media Advertising (Instagram and Meta (Facebook) Ads), CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Social Media Management, Product Fulfillment, and Payment Processing solutions. Was working within the Shopify Support organization and mainly focused on helping Oberlo app (part of Shopify org) users. Was helping Shopify store owners to solve their technical issues and gaps in operating their businesses. Was also having live coaching calls focused on improving their marketing strategies. Created educational courses to improve peer marketing skills and knowledge. Had the opportunity to create and run a Proactive Support project within our whole Customer Success team. With a small team of 4-5 customer success managers, we have focused on helping our users become more successful in what they do through various proactive outreaches, coaching, and learning material. We have managed to make a significant impact on how proactive support should look like within the Oberlo support organization, and various similar projects have stemmed that are presently running, and helping our users become more successful.
