Contract Management - Ensure that a Work Authorization (WA) or an Acceptance of Contracts (AOC) is signed and kept on file for all contract staff, contractors to be employed from preferred vendors only. Identify the requirement for resource contract renewals at least 3 months prior to contract expiry by analyzing the Sector capacity and discussing the need for the renewal with the relevant task manager. Draft and obtain the required approvals for the extensions of Work Authorization's and AOC's. Ensure that the renewed contract is signed and resource accesses renewed.
