MAN AUTOMOTIVE: September 2016 - May 2018I fulfil the role of a business applications and project manager.I oversee all business applications and implementations across the organization. During my time at MAN, I have successfully taken LIVE a major project upgrade of our ERP system, which effected over 600 users.In addition, I worked as part of the South African task force on the organization legal entity restructure from MAN Truck and Bus S.A to MAN Automotive (South Africa) Proprietary Limited. Further to that, I took LIVE our first change release, which directly impacted out external dealers along with parts distribution warehouse, in term of our automated part shipments, receiving and invoicing.I am also at present evaluating the suitability of a sales information system to be implemented at MAN during the course of 2018.

I fulfill the role of a business analyst for the national centralised computer system(NCCS)Since joining REDISA, I have been the key business analyst in the implementation of the desktop website and mobile site, currently involved in a support capacity and enhancements to layout and structure, this extends to the intranet wherein I update the various departmental pages as per user requests.At present I am responsible for implementation of the contract management module; this will provide storage for contracts along with notification of expiration against the loaded contracts and action against the impacted party. This module integrates into Oracle Accounts Payables and our in house system Rfiling.In addition am involved in the support of the Oracle Transportation Manager(OTM), with regards to invoicing, contract creation, workflow approval and reporting.Moreover I have created needed/new reports using OBIEE for business users, based on requirements and gap analysis to assist with operational control, this includes having been responsible for a ‘Stock Take’ exercise at one of our facilities to allow for the reporting on opening and closing balances within those facilities.I have also travelled across the country training ‘super users’ on the NCCS.

SYNOPSIS: Assore: January 2010 – January 2012Implemented Oracle Iprocurement (Iproc), Oracle Purchasing (PO) as well as Oracle Payables (AP) during the first phase of the deployment. During the second phase I worked predominantly on Oracle Sales Contracts (OKC) and its integration to Oracle Order Management (OM)Wesbank: February 2012 – February 2013Provided support on Oracle Payables (AP), Oracle Receivables (AR), Oracle Purchasing (PO), Oracle General Ledger (GL) and iExpenses. I also completed the month end runs for all modules and monitored all Oracle interfaces within Wesbank to ensure we received files as we should and that should, any issues occur we were aware of it before the business users, in order to provide swift resolution.During my time there I had also been involved in the deployment of a mini project “SKILLSTREAM”, which dealt with invoice details being interfaced into the Oracle Accounts Payable Module rather than manual capture. This solution blueprint called for a Skillstream interface to be created in order to upload invoices via a flat file in order to achieve this I liaised one on one with a technical Resource from within my team, to insure all technical and functional considerations were met.FNB: March 2013 – May 20139 Week project for CRP 1 and CRP 2 for Oracle Payables (AP) invoice workbench for the use of iExpensesImperial Health Services: May 2013 – August 2013Implemented Oracle Fixed Assets (FA)Redisa: May 2013 - CurrentI provide support on Oracle Receivables (AR), Oracle General Ledger (GL). I also conduct the month end runs, and assisted with reconciliation between the Redisa’s Rfiling system and Oracle AR.I am also involved in project activity deliverables via the use of the SCRUM and RACI methodology. Thus far these include iExpense and iProcurement deployment with the use of Approval Management Engine (AME) for online approval.

SYNOPSIS: Since joining Accenture I have been working predominately on a project coined the “VISION Gli”. The High level analysis revealed that the Vision process for 3rd Party Vendors could be optimally and completely catered for within Oracle Financials; specifically Oracle Accounts Payables (AP), and Oracle General Ledger (GL). In my role as lead Business Analyst I had to conduct workshops with the client as well the Vision team members. After the analysis phase was concluded I had to conduct the JAD (Joint Application Development) workshops and advice the client on a blueprint solution. Once the blueprint solution was accepted I could start to implement the new AP Process. I managed the development of a new AP Pre-Processor module that interfaced with Accounts Payable from the external Vision system. I had to manage the deliverables of the newly developed module and the implementation. During this time I worked and liaised one on one with a technical Resource from within my team, in order to insure all technical and functional considerations were met. Over and above my work on this project I performed daily support functions and well as maintenance functions such as conducting the client month end runs for FA/GL and providing additional support for AP runs that are conducted on the last weekend of the month by the business.

SYNOPSIS: During my time at EOH I completed 2 full implementations; the clients included Transtel for whom I implemented Accounts Payables and Purchasing, and EPOL for whom I implemented Fixed Assets and assisted with General Ledger. Once these modules where implemented I went through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Training with the key members from the Client. I also concurrently worked at The South African Reserve Bank and Barrick Gold going through the analysis and design phases for Oracle Sourcing, Procurement Contracts and Services Procurement on Release 12. My time at Blue Strata was spent assisting in attaining the scope definition, requirements analysis, gap analysis and finally a proposal forward to the client. Over and above my work on these project implementations I performed support functions and well as maintenance functions such as conducting the client month end runs, and process enhancements.
