An NST External Relations Coordinator has the opportunity to support the MC ER team in expanding and tapping new opportunities in new markets by delivering new sales. Also, is in charge of managing the new projects of AIESEC Egypt, ensuring that the brand delivers what it is promised, builds brand positioning and ensures financial sustainability of AIESEC Egypt.Main responsibilities:- Market research development based on specific projects.- Create marketing material (Proposals & Portfolios) for the projects.- Account Management and delivery of partnerships.- Sales, Networking and Product development.- Project Management and delivery.

- Conducting over 200 professional exchange selection interviews alone and 900 overall as team effort between January and July and another 1000 between September and December.- Sending more than 72 GUC students on Exchange between January and December.- Leading an Outgoing Exchange team that has a total of 21 members and a Local Committee that has more than 100 members.- Directing and executing a 2-day Cultural Preparation Seminar for all Exchange Participants.- Introducing innovative middle management selection technique to the LC (The Apprentice).- Leading a Local Task Force (The Musketeers) to boost OGX results in December.- Building a very strong relationship with the global network.- Initiating the first reverse PBOX in AIESEC Egypt's History.- Signing 15 exchange partnerships that actually were fulfilled.
