He has worked in the heavy civil, public works, environmental, commercial and real estate development industry in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Dave has directly managed or overseen the construction of more than 100 projects with an approximate value exceeding $350 million, and has managed construction teams exceeding 50 contractors working on one site. With expertise in estimating, project cost management systems, contractor and subcontractor selection, and field operations, Dave focuses on project management for historic buildings and coastal construction projects.
