Analyze the In house tools, and create special projects to test what the tools are capable of. Give feedback to the Technical Directors and improve the user interface and functionality of the plugins.
Supervise, design and implement a pipeline for a full 3D animated feature film with a team of 50+ people. Give Feedback to the Riggers and Character Modelers to achieve the artistic guidelines of the project. Research and Implement new technologies like Katana and Arnold. Consulting the Software and Hardware necessities of the studio. Lead and develop tools for Maya and shotgun to implement the pipeline and improve the efficiency and quality of the studio.
I was the responsible of all the technical side of the studio. From the technical complexity of the shot breakdowns to rigging and crowd simulations. Also, I worked a lot in a pipeline structure for the studio. As a 3D generalist I developed well in both artistic and technical Areas: Camera Animation, Particle Simulation, Crowd Simulation, 3D Modeling, Lighting and Shading, Rigging, Render management, Compositing, Software and Hardware Support, Linux Support, Scripting and Programing.
I began in Ool Digital as an Intern, but quickly I got to work in several shots for advertising. As a 3D generalist Technical Artist I worked in Scene Assembly, Animation, Scripting, Simulation, Modeling and Rigging.
