Preparation of the closure of several investments from PPM Oost in Gelderland, including contracts, negotiations and business analysis.

Part of this internship at Participatiemaatschappij (Venture Capital) Oost Nederland, was partly doing analysis for the investment managers, but for the larger part I did an extensive research on the risk factors of SME and especially seed and start-up companies. This resulted in a better estimation of risk in a pré-investmentphase and a better valuation of the companies.
