• Set and execute an annual business plan to meet sales goals.• Maintain open communication with new as well as existing customers.• Create direct/indirect business opportunities including marketing and sales planning, major account development and market evaluation.• Manage a team of sales people to cover the UAE & International market.• Prepare and process responses for RFPs and RFIs based on full understanding of local bedding and corporate procurement cycles.• Conduct presentations for clients to showcase the value proposition of products, solutions, and service offerings.• Build pipelines, consultative selling, negotiate contracts, form alliances and partner with others.• Pursue long-term account strategy that maximizes profits and assist in cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate decision makers.• Report market evaluation and forecast to senior management at periodical review meetings.• Work towards achieving targets to improve volume and market share.
