I led the events division of Hennik Research. I am responsible for the effective formulation, creation and execution of events and programmes from the biggest media outlet in the UK manufacturing space.I project manage the entire front-to-back events process from concept through to delivery, this includes:• Market research and analysis• Sponsorship acquisition and business development• Coordinating cross functional teams of sales, marketing, editorial, digital design and operations• Editorial & marketing copywriting• Public speaking and event/product promotionI have a proven track record in continuously improving the projects I deliver in terms of P&L, repeat business and delegate satisfaction. Responsible for producing market leading events for the manufacturing sector. I head up and project manage a range of annual conferences for various advisory boards, thought leadership groups and networks, including the Automation Advisory Board and the Servitization Thought Leadership Network.I am responsible for the validation research, content generation, copy writing and overall project management through to delivery of these events.The experience I have gained whilst working on these high quality complex projects has afforded me the ability to take launch events to new markets and deliver them successfully on time and on budget.
