Designing company policies for diversity and inclusion

As a Product Owner, I was one of the responsibles of the definiment and refinement of features into user stories, product roadmap design, and worked leading the team.I was also the primary contact between stakeholders and the development team, making sure that all the business requirements and needs were translated into functional and prioritized tasks. Besides that, it was my responsibility to monitor and conduct the team's everyday work, being the facilitator in ceremonies like sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, daily meetings, backlog refinement meetings, and brainstorms.
