Senior Hris Analyst
Current- Performs system maintenance and assists with Workday upgrades, collaborating with teams to implement changes and maintain HR data.- Provides production support by resolving HRMS issues, conducting scheduled activities, and recommending solutions.- Generates and maintains reports, supports Workday reporting tools, and ensures data integrity through analysis.- Manages projects and drives process improvements, using data for planning and adherence to schedules.- Recommends process and service improvements, requiring leadership approval for implementation.- Conducts training sessions and develops documentation for users and new system functionality.- Participates in user group meetings and acts as a liaison to educate users on applications and technology.- Ensures confidentiality and security of HR and Payroll data.
