With over 15 years of experience in the environmental and sustainability field, I have a strong background in leadership and project management, as well as a deep commitment to innovation and excellence. I hold a PhD in ecology, conservation & management of wildlife, and several certifications in environmental issues.My mission is to position Hydrobiology as a leader in sustainability and environmental consulting across Latin America by identifying new business opportunities and driving the creation of innovative projects that address the region's environmental challenges and opportunities. I oversee the technical team within a defined business unit and collaborate with clients, partners, and stakeholders from various sectors and backgrounds. Additionally, I leverage my expertise and insights in the field of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues as a visiting professor at IPOG and FGV, and as a principal environmental consultant at CARI-ERS, a professional services firm that provides advisory services in the environmental and societal domains for the Caribbean region and its surroundings.
