I have been a Business Owner, Manager & Entrepreneur for now 28 Years with my first business experience of Selling T-Shirts & Buying & Selling through Classified Ad's. I grew up in a small rural community and have always been taught a Great Work Ethic, Work till a Job is complete and more importantly to DO it better than most expect. I have always been interested in getting things done and finding a solution, rather than an excuse of Why it can not be done! In the last 10 Years my business experience, skill set & qualifications have been grown and expanded both personally & professionally by design. I have worked in the last 5 Years with mentors of a Higher class most recently working with Bob Proctor as a Consultant, Dr Sue Morter & training with the likes of John Maxwell and other industry greats. I have pushed myself to be certified in areas of not only Personal & Business Development, but also Leadership Training, Personality Assessments through Wiley DiSC certification and most recently working to complete my EQi certification and be able to work to provide this to more individuals and business's. I have been spending a majority of my time working with Proctor Gallagher Institute as a Consultant to be able to help individuals and Business's learn a way to create the results they seek by learning how to Think utilizing our O.P.S. Coaching System and PGI Thinking Into Results course work. One of the greatest Skill sets and strengths, that I have been able to build and now teach is Customer Service. I have always been a proponent of a HIGH level of Customer service is truly what people want and when provided to and taught on how to provide this, it changes the course by a small turn of the wheel.
