Ensure that garment packed are and according to quality requirement of allBuyer. Conduct pre-final inspection prior to shipment schedule. Conduct audit in finishing. Documentsfindings of audit findings - audit report. Secure signature of audit finding - report. Conduct PPM for everynew style that will be in process in finishing, printing embroidery artwork, critical operation garment part towatch. Coordinator with production department for matters on non conformance of quality against buyersstandard. Ensure that buyer system procedure in the finishing are followed. Conduct final inspection asrequired by buyer. Assure the quality of a garments in accordance with the buyer approved samples &requirements.* Follow-up each & every order from initial sewing input to final.* Maintain measurementaudit report, sewing inline &finishing inline report of each & every order.* Follow-up & cross check labelprocedure in the sewing floor.* Cross check all L.Q.C report, end line check report &Iron Q.C report everyday.*Communicate with lab for various test report like twisting, shrinkage, color fastness etc ofgarments.*Conduct meeting with sewing & finishing Q.I for style briefing.*Highlight the problem defect toother production staff.*Report to manager about everyday works
