Developed action plan for reduction of Additional Material and Time (AMT) lead time by analyzing 2018 and 2019 data. Uncovered a communication gap and created tailored standard works and informative document highlighting AMT guidelines for distribution to all Otis suppliers.•Improved efficiency of a process that impacts 3 internal departments and Otis suppliers by implementing a new Request For Quote (RFQ) workflow. Effectively lead and managed projects tied to key business objectives in a unionized manufacturing facility operating in peak season.•Conducted intake meetings with hiring managers and RPO’s, resume screenings, phone interviews, progress communications and the scheduling of on-site interviews. Lead on-boarding of 5 new employees filling various management and engineering roles.•Contributed to company hiring goals through recruitment efforts for 3 external full-time roles and assisted with increasing the workforce nearly three-fold with weekly large interview sessions seeking temporary hires to support peak season demands.•Devised and implemented an interactive and sustainable employee engagement campaign championing a quarterly engagement survey. Drove a 23% increase in participation of 1700+ unionized employees, from 15% in March to 38% in June. •Initiated positive change through a HR Secured Drive 5S. Developed a standard works table of contents outlining process owners and quarterly screening expectations. Standardized folders and their contents which increased drive organization and efficiency.

One article, featuring the smart app utilized by elevators in the Willis Tower in Chicago, was re-posted on the United Technologies Intranet reaching 200,000 employees. •Aided in the planning and management of an internal Otis Americas Leadership Meeting hosting 250 sales managers and a RGM meeting hosting 40 individuals including agenda development, training activities and team building exercises. Involved with front-end planning and organization of trade show appearance by 15 Otis representatives reaching 3,200 potential clients.•Developed and executed a social media campaign focused on Access Alert, an innovative safety mechanism that can be used by any elevator manufacturer to prevent injury to elevator technicians.
