I am responsible for managing a team of around 20 engineers located in London. My main objective is to ensure that all tasks and projects are completed to a high standard and that the number of failures is kept to a minimum. I assist engineers in solving any problems they may encounter, making sure that every job is completed to the best of our ability. To increase productivity and minimize travelling time, I ensure that engineers are assigned to work in a specific area. I conduct daily audits to ensure that health and safety regulations, as well as company procedures, are being followed. I handle customer complaints and sometimes even complete a job myself to ensure that the customer is satisfied. In addition, I provide individual plans for engineers who may be struggling, ensuring their needs are being met on an individual basis. I also ensure that the engineers' training is up to date and that their continuing professional development (CPD) records match current regulations.

I have completed comprehensive training as a Full Fibre engineer at Kelly Communications, where my role was focused on a BT project aimed at connecting customers in East and Southeast London to full fibre broadband. Throughout this period, my communication skills relating to customer service have been significantly enhanced, allowing me to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with a detailed explanation of the installation process. My time in this position has also enabled me to hone my problem-solving skills, having dealt with intricate situations involving both customers and fibre connections. Recognizing my abilities, I have been selected multiple times to handle complaints and candid jobs.

The job necessitated that I was familiar with the delivery areas and could navigate them adeptly. I have been engaged with the company to facilitate its expansion. The enterprise, which has been rendering flooring services since 2013, decided to broaden its horizons by also introducing wood flooring products to its repertoire. My contribution to this venture involved setting up a showroom and establishing relationships with suppliers both within and outside the UK. I oversaw the entire sales aspect of the company, starting with the establishment of supply chains, selection and promotion of products, management of orders, addressing customer queries, and ensuring end-to-end transparency of all transactions. Additionally, I was responsible for scheduling appointments and visits based on postcodes, setting prices, devising advertising and promotional strategies, and organizing the showroom. I visited customers' homes to evaluate their flooring needs, and this sometimes involved delivering samples or flooring products in the company's van or car. I also assisted the service team on job sites, which gave me the opportunity to learn how to install flooring and refurbish or restore existing flooring in customers' homes.
