To liaise with Personnel Working onsite with End Customers and Suppliers for Delivery Timing, D.O, Invoices, Service Report, Risk Assessment, Correction Action Reports, Complain, Technical advice and Quotation. To do sourcing and purchasing of parts required by the work site or jobs. To plan for further development for skills set like looking for the relevant courses for the technicians and team leaders. Act as the anchor man between technicians and management in term of their welfare.

To do Maintenance, Supervise and Planning for Building like ACMV System, Electrical system, Building Works, Plumbing, Pest Control, Fire System, Security System and etc. To liaise with personnel working onsite with End Customers and Suppliers for delivery timing, P.O, D.O, Invoices, Service Report, Risk Assessment, Correction Action Reports and Quotation.To do sourcing of parts required by the work site or office. Executing Human Resource task like Applying and Cancellation of Work Permit & S Pass and Account matters like handling balance sheet data and petty cash. Submitting of CPF Contribution, Income Tax matters like GST and Bookkeeping. Checking with courses for the technicians to further enhance their skills sets to meet the market requirements.

To provide professional technical enquiry and support for the customer like customize to their required specifications to their needs. Liaising with Hong Kong Headquarter and Factory in China for the Delivery Timing, Quality issues and Pricing in regards of the materials.To Customer Service to Customers in terms of Quality Issues, Quotation, Delivery Timing of the Goods that they acquired & Technical Issues. Required to travel oversea like China Factory for site visit. Attending to customer’s complain location both local and oversea etc.: Indonesia
