- Contribute to the job-seeking candidates process by providing them better chance to develop themselves and give advice to let them think more deeply about their career- Receive recruitment information form Recruiting Advisor (RA) team, try to deeply understand the job requirements and job tasks to imagine which candidate is suitable for every single job order, if have some concerns or unclear points, dicuss more with RA team as soon as possible.- Use both internal and external resources to approach potential candidates, introduce job and company's business to candidates, doing phone interview, evaluate and edit CV's form before sending it to clients- Consult and advise the candidate how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their life, by providing the job market tendency and information.- Maintain strong relationships among candidates and understand candidate's other process at other agencies/companies as well.- Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.- Provide the suitable job order information for the candidates if the position would be a good opportunity for candidates, motivate and convince them to apply

- Support the mass recruitment team to follow the recruitment process from the sourcing to following after onboarding
