Responsible for ensuring compliance metrics (OLA's and SLA's-) to the services offered within the Data Center, delivery metrics reporting. Creating processes for managing the delivery of services within the Data Center. Project Manager in the project office managing and tracking of projects in conjunction with the project leaders of each of the areas of the Data Center. Management of strategic suppliers through the application of new contracts, monitoring maintenance contracts and service delivery. Responsible for the planning of the budget is demanding of all areas of the Data Center, and keep track of the flow of OPEX and CAPEX spending.

Operate monitors and controls mainframe, mini-computer consoles, associated communications systems, and peripheral equipment, including processors, tape/disk drives and printers. Monitor Internet Servers and Midrange systems. Also assist Help Desk in resolving and reporting operations problems

Support to CEMEX Ready Mix Plants. GINCO has different modules (Production, administrator, quality, reports) that we support. Process involves inquiring the plant’s problems and recommending clients the best way to proceed. The application is supported by SQL. Data Support in GINCO databases, which work on technologies SYBASE (ASA9 and ASE12.5) in platforms Win2003 and AIX5. by means of the use of statements DML (Data Manipulation Language). The level solution is almost on the 90% of services solved on line.
