As part of the project management team, I am responsible for the project from start to end which includes engineering, purchasing, shipping, erection and commissioning. I am required to manage the customer's requirements from end to end while respecting the boundaries of the contract and achieving the profit margin target. This job role requires me to communicate and manage various internal departments such as engineering, purchasing, shipping, finance, field etc. I have also taken the challenge to manage the site team of contractors to deliver the contract requirements while respecting the timeline. The projects I have completed are as stated below:- Hartalega NGC Sdn. Bhd. - required me to manage the team of contractors and deliver the project within the agreed timeline. Project Value 1 million Euro. - Latexx Partners Berhad - required me to manage the project from start to finish. Project Value 1 million Euro.- Lhoist(Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. - required me to mange the team of contractors and deliver the project within the agreed timeline. Project Value 2.5 million Euro.
