• Manage the full cycle of recruitment in Vietnam and 7 countries in ASIA: from ad placement, candidates sourcing, conducting interviews, to on-boarding and orientation of new hires.• Analyse and monitor the resourcing needs, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reporting.• Overview and supervise policy implementation, adapting the policies as needed to fit the company’s situation. • Follow up Labor contract and issuance for employees in overseas sales offices.• Perform entering, updating and manage all employee related changes on HR information system, advise continuous improvement for the maximum efficiency.• Co-ordinate with Dept. Heads to conduct employee evaluation activities in each period.• Act as an advisor and counsel to the business units on HR matters and partner with overseas Sales Offices to drive and embed desired company culture and values in the local entity.• To encourage and maintain employee relations by undertaking all necessary consultation and negotiation with employee representatives to ensure that ZSV is best place to work with low turnover rate.• Set up and follow yearly training plan, conduct internal trainings.

• Manage a team, provide leadership in human resource and administration operations.• Manage the Talent Acquisition Process and assess Talent Resources / Talent pool.• Manage and maintain good practice of HR policies and Performance Management Process within the company.• Grievance management, labor and discipline related case work management.• Advise Board of management about Law, regulations, ensure company comply with Labor law and regulations.• Review and improve policies relevant to the company' evolving needs. • Set up and follow yearly training plan, conduct internal trainings.
