• Efficiently manage maketing activities within the budget to achieved KPIs. • Work with agencies and other related departments for print ads, POSM, gift productions, Bus ads, KOL management and PR/ digital campaign.• Propose/Facilitate the design of marketing materials, including brand KV, TVC, banners, leaflet, wobbler, standee, booth activation, product usage clips, product concept photoshoot and always-on content on fanpage & hot community pages.• Product development: Work with other departments for formula and packaging development.• Monitor, analyse and report competitors’ ongoing activities including pricing and promotion campaigns.• Monitor on-going campaigns, make flexible adjustments, keep up-to-date records and weekly report to Brand Manager and Marketing Director.

• Design visit and event program including transport plans; greeters and sightseeings.• Organizing, planning and implementing event with efficient budget.• Work with design team to create event concepts and key visuals.• Lead third parties (suppliers/ production agency) for on-time & high quality execution/ supply.• Work with talents and choreographers to deliver best performances.• Contact, briefing and manage event supporters, PG, PB, models, DJs, MCs and celebrities.• Prepare logistics for the events.• Administrative Tasks (caterings, contracts, subscription payments, event logistics).
